采空区瓦斯抽采技术与浮煤自燃耦合治理研究

Study on goaf gas drainage technology and float coal spontaneous combustion coupling control

  • 摘要: 为解决西铭煤矿采空区自燃以及瓦斯超限的耦合治理问题,利用非均质多孔介质三维模型模拟,采用高抽巷措施,对比采空区进、回风两侧进行封堵前后采空区风速流场、瓦斯浓度场、氧气浓度场变化情况,制定综合防灭火技术方案并进行现场监测。结果表明:采用高抽巷抽采方式封堵回风巷、运输巷使工作面向采空区的漏风减少;氧化带宽度减小了6 m,高抽巷瓦斯抽采体积分数增加了4.12%,提高了瓦斯抽采效率。现场监测表明,高抽巷瓦斯抽采流量为19.18~20.57 m~3/min,上隅角埋管瓦斯抽采流量为10.16~11.32 m~3/min,避免了采空区瓦斯大量涌出及上隅角瓦斯超限现象。随着阻化剂喷洒、注氮等措施的实施,48205工作面采空区遗煤氧化现象得到有效治理,保障了工作面的安全生产。

     

    Abstract: In order to solve the coupling governance problem of coal spontaneous combustion and gas overrun in gob of Ximing coal mine, a heterogeneous porous media 3D model and simulation were applied to set up the comprehensive fire prevention and control technical plan and to conduct the site monitoring and measuring W ith the measures of the high level gas drainage gateway and in comparison with the change conditions of the air velocity flow field, gas concentration field and oxygen C oncentration field in the goaf before and after the two sides of the air intake and air retuning gateways sealed in the goaf. The results showed that the gas drainage met hod with the high level gas drainage gateway was applied to seal the air retuning gateway and the transportation gateway and thus the air leakage of the coal mining fa ce to the goaf was reduced.The width of oxidized strip was reduced by 6 m, the gas drainage volume faction of the high level drainage gateway was increased by 4.1 2% and the gas drainage efficiency was improved. The site monitoring and measuring showed that the gas drainage flow volume of the high level gas drainage gateway was 19.18 ~ 20.57 m3/min, the gas drainage flow volume with the pipe buried at the top corner was 10.16 ~ 11.32 m3/min and thus great gas emission from the goaf an d the gas overlimit phenomenon at the top corner were eliminated. With the implementation of the inhibitor agent sprayed, nitrogen injection and other measures, the 0X idation phenomenon of the coal left in the goaf of No.48205 coal mining face was effectively controlled and the safety production of the coal mining face was ensured.
