再生顶板裂隙注泡沫流体扩散模型及参数敏感性分析

  • 摘要: 泡沫流体因其优良的施工特性和应用效果是再生顶板裂隙漏风封堵及煤自燃防治的有效技术手段,基于再生顶板裂隙注泡沫流体工程背景,开展了泡沫流体在裂隙中的受力和流动分析,推导得出了泡沫流体在含原生介质阻滞作用的任意产状裂隙中的流动扩散数学模型,并采用ANSYS FLUENT软件构建了泡沫流体在再生顶板裂隙中的扩散数值模型,对比验证了数学模型的合理性。开展了泡沫流体再生顶板裂隙注浆扩散过程中的施工参数(含注浆压力、注浆孔半径)及裂隙参数(含裂隙开度、倾角、倾向、裂隙原始介质压力)对扩散规律的影响,并定量计算了参数对扩散过程的敏感度,得出裂隙开度对扩散距离影响最大、注浆压力次之、倾角和原生介质压力影响最小。

     

    Abstract: Foam fluid is an effective technical means for prevention and control of leakage of roof cracks and spontaneous combustion of coal due to its excellent construction characteristics and application characteristics.Based on the engineering background of foam fluid injection in recycled roof cracks,the analysis of the force and flow of foam fluid in cracks are carried out.The mathematical model of the flow and diffusion of foam fluid in the cracks with arbitrary occurrences containing the retardation of the original medium was derived.The numerical model of foam fluid diffusion in regenerated roof cracks was constructed by ANSYS FLUENT software,and the rationality of the mathematical solution was verified by comparison.The effects of construction parameters (including grouting pressure and grouting hole radius) and fracture parameters (including fracture opening,dip angle,inclination and original medium pressure) on the diffusion law during the foam grouting diffusion process of foamed roof regeneration were carried out.The sensitivity of the parameters to the diffusion process was calculated quantitatively and it wasfound that the fracture opening degree had the greatest influence on the diffusion distance,followed by the grouting pressure,and the inclination angle and the original medium pressure had the least influence.
