连续采煤机短壁机械化开采发展现状研究

  • 摘要: 针对连续采煤机短壁机械化开采技术发展现状,简述了连续采煤机短壁技术与装备的国内外发展历程,列举了4种短壁采煤方法,详细比较了优缺点、适用条件,并重点介绍了其中的旺格维利式全风压开采工艺,然后分析了国外装备制造商最新连续采煤机及配套装备在适应不同煤层条件、不同开采要求下的主要特征,研究了2007年以来国产连续采煤机成套装备的发展现状,成套装备在我国不同矿区、不同开采条件下的工作特征,及设备配套、关键工艺配套、进尺及产量情况、顶板控制等实际工程效果,基于这些现场实践,总结了短壁开采工效,短壁开采成本构成与预计方法。研究表明:我国已形成了成熟的装备制造、掘采工艺、工作面设计、岩层控制等连续采煤机短壁开采技术,且已成为长壁综采技术的重要补充,吨煤成本可达130~185元,为边角煤、不规则块段甚至“三下”压煤资源的安全、高效、绿色开采提供了保障。最后根据国内需求,分析了国产装备重点参数和短壁矿压研究等方面不足,展望了连续采煤机短壁开采发展。

     

    Abstract: In view of the development status of continuous miner short-wall mechanized mining technology,the development history of continuous miner short-wall technology and equipment at home and abroad is briefly described,four short-wall mining methods are listed and the advantages and disadvantages and applicable conditions are compared in detail.Wongawilli mining method with full-air pressure is emphatically introduced,and the main characteristics of the latest continuous miner and auxiliary equipment for different coal seam conditions and mining requirements are summarized and analyzed; Meanwhile,since 2007,the domestic working face characteristics in different mining areas and conditions,equipment matching,key techniques,mining footage and output,roof control etc.are described and studied in detail.Based on field practice,short-wall mining efficiency,working face input,mining cost composition and prediction method were summarized.Research shows that a mature short-wall mining techology has been formed in aspects of equipment manufacturing,excavation and mining technology,working face design,mining pressure management,which has become an important supplement to long-wall fully-mechanized mining technology,and the cost per ton of coal can reach 70~185 yuan,and provides technical support for safety,high efficiency and green mining on boundary coal,irregular coal block and coal under buildings,water bodies and railway resources.Finally,according to the domestic demands,the key parameters of domestic equipment and short-wall rock pressure research are analyzed,and the development of continuous shearer short-wall mining is prospected.
