综采工作面超深孔爆破强制放顶技术研究

摘要: 为解决综采工作面厚硬难冒顶板易造成飓风伤人事故的问题,采用理论分析和现场实测的方法,对综采工作面超深孔爆破强制放顶技术进行研究,通过对炮眼布置参数、炮眼装药工艺以及相应的强制放顶安全措施的研究,提出了布置加强眼的方式,采用PVC管装药工艺及木楔封口技术,实现了炮眼的快速装药、封口,使炮眼的最大长度达到50 m,提高了顶板的爆破强度,有效解决了综采工作面坚硬厚顶板难以冒落的难题。Abstract: In order to solve the storm injured personnel accidents caused by the thick,hard and difficult caving roof of the fully mechanized coal mining face,a theor etical analysis and a site measuring method were applied to study the forced roof caving technology with the super depth borehole blasting for the fully mechanized coa | mining face.With the study on the borehole pattern parameters,borehole loading technique and the forced roof caving safety measures,the forced borehole pattern mo de was provided.The PVC tube loading technique and borehole wood wedge sealing technology were applied to realize the rapid loading and borehole sealing of the bl asting borehole.Thus a max length of the blasting borehole could be 50 m,the blasting strength of the roof was improved and the difficult roof caving problem of the har d and thick roof in the fully mechanized coal miming face could be effectively solved.
