软硬复合煤层高效钻进装备研制及应用

Development and application of high efficiency drilling equipment inhard-soft composite coal seam

  • 摘要: 针对软硬复合煤层顺层孔瓦斯治理中存在抽采钻孔孔深浅、成孔率低等问题,开发了一套具备大转矩和高转速远程调节的煤矿井下大功率钻机及其配套机具,介绍了新型钻机的总体结构布局、主要性能参数、液压系统等,阐述了钻机重要部件如回转器、变幅机构、给进装置等特点、功能,以及配套钻进工艺及方法,并通过在山西晋城无烟煤矿业集团长平矿的现场工业性试验,验证了该套装备在软硬复合煤层复杂地层条件下的整体性能,结果表明:利用该装备可显著提高瓦斯抽采钻孔成孔率、钻孔最大孔深、钻进效率、平均孔深、月均进尺等。

     

    Abstract: In order to solve the problems of the shallow drilling hole of gas drainage and low pore-forming efficiency which occur in the gas control in the boreholes along hard-soft composite coal seam, a powerful drill rig and the matching implements for underground coal mine whose large torque and high speed can be adjusted remotely was developed. The overall structural layout, key performance parameters and the hydraulic system of the new drill rig are firstly introduced. Then the characteristics and functions of its important parts including gyrator, luffing mechanism and cylinder propulsion device as well as the related drilling technology and method are described in detail. Through the industrial test in Changping coal mine in Shanxi Jincheng Anthracite Mining Group, the overall performance of the new equipment under the complicated conditions of hard-soft composite coal seam has been qualified. The results show that the pore-forming efficiency, the maximum borehole depth, drilling efficiency, average borehole depth, and drilling footage per month were improved significantly by using the new equipment.
