采煤机镐形截齿疲劳寿命分析及优化

Analysis and Optimization on Fatigue Life of Pick Cutter for Cutting Drum of Coal Shearer

  • 摘要: 为了寻找采煤机镐形截齿合理的安装姿态,并分析和提高镐形截齿的疲劳寿命,以MG600采煤机滚筒为研究对象,利用UG建立4种不同切向安装角度截齿的MG600采煤机滚筒,通过LS-DY-NA对这4种采煤机滚筒截割煤壁的过程进行模拟,得出镐形截齿所受的截割阻力图,将所求得的截割阻力数据导入MATLAB中求出截割阻力均值,在UG/NASTRAN中将此截割阻力均值加载到不同切向安装角度的截齿上并分析其疲劳寿命。研究结果表明,切向安装角度为45°镐形截齿的疲劳寿命最长,且不易折断。

     

    Abstract: In order to seek a rational installed form of the pick cutter for the coal shearer, the fatigue life of the pick cutter was analyzed and improved with the MG6 00 double drum coal shearer as a study object.The UG was aplied to establish the cutting drums of the MG600 coal shearer with 4 different cutting direction angles pic k cutters installed.The LS-DYNA was applied to the simulation on the coal cutting wall with four different cutting drums of the coal shearer.The cutting resistance diagra ms of the pick cutters were obtained.The cutting resistance data obtained could put into the MATLAB to get the mean value of the cutting resistance.In the UG/NASTRA N, the cutting resistance obtained from the MATLAB could load on the cutters with different cutting direction installed angles and could analyze the fatigue life.The study results showed that the pick cutter with a cutting direction installed angle of 45° would have the longest fatigue life and would not be easy to be broken.
