厚煤层小煤柱护巷及支护技术研究

摘要: 为解决长平煤矿厚煤层护巷煤柱留设宽度大,留巷变形严重的难题,利用理论分析、数值模拟、工程类比方法研究了长平煤矿小煤柱护巷可行性及围岩控制方案,提出了6 m宽小煤柱护巷以及“围岩整体封闭强化控制”支护理念,并在长平煤矿4309工作面进行现场试验。结果表明:应用浅掘深、及时锚网索喷联合支护、底板锚固浇筑强化、二次及时喷浆以及锚杆(索)封孔防围岩风化措施的整套支护方案可有效保证围岩的整体结构;对6 m宽小煤柱两侧巷帮进行锚索加固,超前工作面20~40 m与滞后工作面50~100 m两次煤柱注浆,可有效加固小煤柱,提高其承载能力;采用一梁三柱对巷道及留巷进行超前40 m架棚支护,对工作面后100~150 m范围留巷进行架棚支护,可进一步降低动压影响下的巷道变形量。Abstract: In order to solve the problem that the coal pillar of thick coal seam in Changping Coal Mine was large and the deformation of the roadway was serious, t he feasibility and the surrounding rock control scheme of the small coal pillar roadway in Changping Coal Mine were studied by theoretical analysis, numerical simulatio n and engineering analogy. The concept of supporting the 6 m wide coal pillar and the' 'closedcontrol of the whole surrounding rock" was put forward, and the field test wa s carried out in No.4309 mining face of Changping Coal Mine. The results showed that the whole supporting scheme of shallow excavation, timely bolting and cable sup port, floor anchorage pouring strengthening, secondary and timely spraying and anchor ( cable) .The overall structure of the 6 m wide coal pillar on both sides of the roa d to help anchor reinforcement, ahead of the working face 20 ~ 40 m and lagging face 50 ~ 100 m pillar grouting could effectively strengthen the small coal pillar to impr ove its bearing capacity, the use of a beam and three pillars of the roadway and retaining the road ahead of 40 m shed support, 100 ~ 150 m after the face of the roadw ay stay support could further reduce the dynamic pressure under the roadway deformation.
