基于机械造穴的钻孔瓦斯强化抽采技术研究

摘要: 为了提高高瓦斯低透气性煤层瓦斯抽采效果,在借鉴煤层气洞穴完井工艺的基础上,提出了基于机械造穴方法的钻孔强化瓦斯抽采技术,利用四连杆机构原理研制成功了一套针对井下抽采钻孔的专用机械造穴设备。以芦岭煤矿Ⅲ1013工作面为例,利用该设备施工了4组造穴钻孔,并对瓦斯抽采参数进行了连续监测和统计分析。试验结果表明:利用机械造穴设备可在抽采钻孔内形成直径600 mm的洞穴,机械造穴技术能够明显提高钻孔瓦斯抽采效果,与同一地点的普通瓦斯抽采钻孔相比,造穴试验孔单孔瓦斯抽采浓度提高了2.73~3.39倍,纯瓦斯流量提高了2.63~5.11倍。Abstract: In order to improve the gas drainage effect of the high gassy and low permeability seam,based on the borehole reaming and completion technology of the C oalbed methane an enhanced gas drainage technology of the borehole was provided based on the mechanical reaming method. The four linkage mechanism principle was applied to research and develop a set of the special mechanical borehole reaming equipment for the gas drainage borehole in underground mine. Based on No. I 1013 co al mining face in Luling Mine as a case,the equipment was applied to construct four groups of the borehole reaming and a continuous monitoring and statistic analysis was conducted on the gas drainage parameters. The experiment results showed that with the application of the mechanical equipment,a reaming diameter of 600 mm would be formed in the gas drainage borehole and the mechanical reaming technology could obviously improve the gas drainage effect of the borehole. In comparison with the conve ntional gas drainage boreholes in the same location,the single borehole gas drainage concentration of the reamed borehole could be improved by 2.73 ~ 3. 39 times and t he pure gas flow was improved by 2.63~ 5. 11 times.
