基于BIM的智慧露天矿协同工作平台架构与关键技术

  • 摘要: BIM(Building Information Modeling)技术是一种应用于工程设计、建造和管理的数据化工具,通过对数据化、信息化模型整合,在项目策划、运行和维护的全生命周期过程中进行共享和传递,为项目参与各方提供了协同工作的平台,已经在全球范围内得到业界的广泛认可。目前,国内露天矿应用BIM技术 处于起步阶段,露天矿工程具有地质条件复杂、生产环节多、工程动态发展、信息多源分布、数据体量庞大等特点,矿山设计、建设、生产、运维过程中所有信息的无损传递、共享与联动尚未完全实现。为解决这一难题,基于露天矿工程全生命周期、全工程领域、全参与方的不同需求,厘清信息模型的维度,提出平台建设的总体思路,构建露天矿工程BIM协同工作平台的四层功能架构体系,包括应用层、平台层、技术层和软件层,综合露天采矿专业软件与BIM通用软件相结合的特性,提出了真三维精细化信息模型构建、露天矿三维优化设计及虚拟开采、模型地学信息及工程属性传递共享、设备模型参数化及工程参数化设计等10大关键技术。研究结果表明:采用露天采矿专业软件与BIM通用软件深度融合能够发挥两者优势,建立集矿山三维地质、采矿、地面生产系统、工业场地等工程全要素精细化信息模型于一体的协同工作平台,形成露天矿工程统一的BIM模型数字化交付标准,为进一步研发建设智慧化露天矿山“高品质”三维基础平台奠定理论基础。

     

    Abstract: BIM (Building Information Modeling) technology is a data-based tool applied to engineering design, construction and management. Through the integration of data and information model, it is shared and transmitted during the whole life cycle of project planning, operation and maintenance, which provides a platform for the project participants to work together and has been widely recognized by the industry on a global scale. At present, the application of BIM technology in China's open pit mines is in its infancy. The open pit mine project has the characteristics of complex geological conditions, many production links, dynamic development of project, multi-source distribution of information, and large volume of data. The design, construction, production and operation of the mine are in progress. The loss less transfer, sharing and linkage of all the information in it has not been fully realized. In order to solve this problem, the whole engineering field, and the different needs of the full participants, the dimensions of the information model are clarified, and the overall idea of the platform construction is proposed based on the full life cycle of the open pit mine project, and the four-layer function of the BIM collaborative work platform for the open pit mine project is constructed, including the application layer, platform layer, technology layer and software layer, and combining the characteristics of integrated open-pit mining professional software and BIM general software. The 10 key technologies of real three-dimensional refined information model construction, open-pit mine three-dimensional optimization design and virtual mining, model geo-science information and engineering attribute transfer sharing, equipment model parameterization and engineering parameter design are proposed. The research results show that the deep integration of open-pit mining professional software and BIM general software can give full play to the advantages of both, and establish a collaborative work platform integrating the three-dimensional geological, mining, ground production system, industrial site and other engineering elements and refined information model, and form a unified BIM model digital delivery standard for open pit mine projects, which lays a theoretical foundation for further research and development of a "high-quality" three-dimensional foundation platform for intelligent open pit mines.
