振动筛橡胶弹簧力学参数试验测定

Test Measurement on Mechanics parameters of Rubber Spring for Vibration Screen

  • 摘要: 为深入了解振动筛橡胶弹簧的力学性能,采用试验方法对振动筛橡胶弹簧的刚度、阻尼系数、阻尼比等力学参数进行测定,测定结果表明:橡胶弹簧的线性与非线性刚度的区分点为其10%变形量;不同的加载速度对橡胶弹簧线性阶段刚度影响较小,对非线性刚度影响较大,且呈线性增长的趋势;橡胶弹簧刚度越大,其阻尼系数及动态阻尼比越小,试验测定橡胶弹簧阻尼系数为0.031132~0.036892,动态阻尼比为0.046833~0.062062。

     

    Abstract: In order to have a more detail understanding on the mechanics of the vibration rubber spring, a test method was applied to measure the rigidity, dampin g, dynamic damping ratio and other mechanics parameters of the vibration rubber spring.The measured results showed that the distinguishing point between the linear and nonlinear rigidity of the rubber spring would be 10% of the deformation value.The different loading speed would have a low influence to the rigidity of the rubber spr ing at the linear stage, would have a large influence to the nonlinear rigidity and would be linearly increased in tendency.The higher rigidity of the rubber spring, the sm aller dynamic damping coefficient and dynamic damping ratio would be.The damping coefficient of rubber spring measured in the test was 0.031 1320.033 854 and the dynamic damping ratio was 0.046 8330 .062 062.
