重型综放工作面快速回撤与末采期顶板控制技术

Rapid Equipment Withdrawing from Heavy Fully Mechanized Top Coal Caving Mining Face and Roof Control Technology During Mining Terminal Period

  • 摘要: 为了研究重型综放工作面快速安全回撤技术,选取不连沟煤矿F6201工作面末采期为研究对象,采用理论分析和工程类比的方法,对重型综放工作面合理的支架工作阻力、放煤停止位置、快速回撤技术和回撤通道支护形式进行研究。结果表明:支架工作阻力满足15 000 kN,回撤通道与工作面放煤停止处的距离为25 m,采用小断面调节巷和高程测量法相结合的手段控制工作面顶底板标高以及回撤巷道选用锚网索和H型钢梁组合支护形式,能保证工作面安全回撤的同时提高回撤速度。

     

    Abstract: In order to study the rapid and safety equipment withdrawing technology of the heavy fully mechanized top coal caving mining face, the mining terminal p eriod of No.F6201 coal mining face in Buliangou Mine was selected as the study object and the theoretical analysis and project analogy method were applied to study th e rational working resistance of the hydraulic powered support, top coal caving terminal location, rapid withdrawing technology and withdrawing gateway support mode of the heavy fully mechanized top coal caving mining face.The results showed that the working resistance of the powered support could meet 15 000 kN and the distanc e between the withdrawing gateway and the top coal caving stop location of the coal mining face was 25 m. The small cross section coordinated gateway and high level survey method combined means to control the floor elevation of the coal mining face and the withdrawing gateway with bolt/steel mesh/anchor and the H type steel bea m combined support could ensure the safety withdrawing of the coal mining face and could improve the withdrawing speed.
