褐煤中官能团对其燃烧特性的影响

Effects of functional groups in lignite on its combustion characteristics

  • 摘要: 为研究煤的微观结构对煤的燃烧特性的影响,选取7种典型褐煤,借助热重分析仪、傅里叶变换红外光谱仪对所选煤样进行了结构特征及燃烧特性分析。利用Gaussian峰对褐煤红外光谱谱线进行分峰拟合,以此确定褐煤中官能团的分布、归属及结构特征,从而研究煤样中官能团对其燃烧特性的影响。结果表明:褐煤中芳香烃结构的稳定性较好,活性较低,对煤的着火是不利的;脂肪烃含量影响褐煤燃尽温度,对煤的燃尽不利;含氧官能团、羟基分别能提高褐煤着火后燃烧速度和降低褐煤的活化能,能促进煤的着火燃烧。

     

    Abstract: in order to studly the microstoucture of lignie afected to it combustion characteristcs the Thermal cravimetric Analzer and Fourier Transform lnfraredSpecrometer(FTiR) were used to analize theperormanceso tructure and combustion of seven typicalinte samples.Th disiribution and thestructure of funcionagroups in lignte were obtained though fting the ifrared specraline by Gaussian peaks.The resuits show that aromatic structure is stable and activity is low.which isunfavorable forlignte's fre.The content f aliphatic hydrocarons affect the burnout temperature and have a negative efect on coal burning out.The Oxygen containing functonal groups and hydroy groups can improve the combustion speed and reduce the activation energy oflignite respectively which can pronote lignite's combustion.
