基于L型钻孔巨厚冲积层薄基岩煤层底板加固技术

Technology of thick alluvium and thin bedrock coal seam floor reinforcement based on L type drilling construction

  • 摘要: 为了保证巷道顺利掘进和安全开采,赵固一矿首次采用地面L型钻孔注浆加固煤层底板的施工技术对二1煤层底板直接含水层L8灰岩进行探查治理。通过对地质资料的分析,二1煤层属于典型的巨厚冲积层薄基岩煤层,针对该地层特点对钻孔结构进行了合理的设计,充分分析了钻孔成孔及套管施工过程中的技术难点,针对这些技术难点采取了相应的施工技术,使地面L型钻孔注浆加固煤层底板的施工技术在巨厚冲积层薄基岩煤层底板加固工程取得了较好的应用效果。

     

    Abstract: In order to ensure safe mining and smooth excavation, the technology of L mode borehole grouting was utilized to reinforce the direct limestone aquifer n umbered Lg under the I-1 coal seam in No.1 mine of Zhaogu first. Proper borehole structure was proposed by detailed analysis of geological information of I-1 coal s eam with thick alluvium layer and thin bedrock. Also, the corresponding construction technique was also taken to solving the difficulties in the borehole drilling and pipe driving. The technology of ground L mode borehole grouting indicate a good results for coal seam floor reinforcement with thick alluvium layer and thin bedrock.
