矿山灾害应急救援通道快速安全构建技术与装备

Technology and equipment for rapid safety construction of emergencyrescue channel after mine disaster

  • 摘要: 为解决矿山灾害救援通道快速、安全构建钻进技术难题,突破国产装备研制瓶颈,研究复杂地层快速破岩成孔机理及复杂地层快速、精准钻进技术,开发高频冲击条件下钻进信息传输技术,形成地面小直径生命保障孔快速钻进及精准定向技术;开发大直径组合动力反循环钻进高效破岩排渣及安全透巷技术,形成地面大直径救援井高效、精准、安全钻进技术;研究车载钻机控制理论,研制救援车载钻机,钻机最大转矩50 000 N·m,最大提升力1 200 kN,研制安全快速提升装备。通过小直径生命保障孔快速精准钻进技术研究-大直径救援井高效安全钻进技术及装备开发-地面提升救援技术装备研发,形成地面救援通道构建及救援提升技术与装备集成,为矿山灾害应急救援提供技术与装备支撑。

     

    Abstract: In order to solve the drilling technical problems of rapid & safe construction of rescue channel after mine disaster, and break through the choke points of domestic equipment’s development, the following researches are carried out: first, the theory of rapid breaking rock and accurate drilling technology in complex strata is studied, and then the drilling message transmission technology in the condition of high-frequency percussion is developed, finally, rapid & accurate drilling technology of ground small life support hole is generated; the efficient rock breaking & flushing off and safe connection construction based on reverse circulation drilling of large diameter and combined power are developed, and that forms the efficient, accurate and safe drilling technology of ground large diameter rescue well; the control theory of carrier mounted drilling rig is researched, and the rescue drilling rig is developed based on the theory whose the maximum torque is 50 000 N·m, and the maximum lifting force is 1 200 kN, likewise the quick and safe elevating rescue equipment is developed. Through the process of research on rapid & accurate drilling technology of small diameter life support hole, development of efficient & safe drilling technology and equipment of large diameter rescue well, and development of surface elevating and rescue equipment, the integration of technology and equipment is generated, which provides support of technology and equipment for emergency rescue after mine disaster.
