深部开采矿井矿压异常显现研究

  • 摘要: 为了研究济三煤矿6304工作面在回采过程中的矿压异常显现现象,在矿压观测的基础上,通过理论分析和研究的方法,掌握了该工作面矿压异常显现特征。指出了该工作面矿压异常显现区域,基本顶垮落步距、煤厚、辅助运输巷沿空留巷、断层、富水顶板、开采深度是该工作面发生矿压异常显现的主要原因。工作面加快工作面推进速度、支架初撑力不低于3 389 kN可以有效确保深部开采矿压异常区域的安全生产。

     

    Abstract: In order to study the abnormal phenomenon of the mine strata pressure behavior occurred from the mining process of No.6304 coal mining face in Jisan Mine, based on the observation of the mine pressures, with the theoretical analysis and the study method, the mine pressure abnormal behavior features of the coal mi ning face was understood.The paper pointed out that the mine abnormal behavior areas of the coal mining face, the main roof caving step distance, seam thickness, gat eway retained along goaf for the auxiliary transportation gateway, fault, watery roof and mining depth would be the main factors of the mine pressure abnormal behavior s occurred in the coal mining face.The fast advancing speed of the coal mining face and the initial support force of the powered support not less than 3 389 kN could be effective to ensure the safety production in the mine pressure abnormal area of deep mine.
