液压支架电液控制通信网络系统透明化设计

Design of transparency of communication network system for electronic-hydraulic control system of hydraulic support

  • 摘要: 针对液压支架电液控制通信网络系统运行不稳定的问题,依据工作面支架控制系统数据生成的特点,系统分析了传输数据对象的属性,介绍了支架电液控制通信网络系统架构及其传输问题,提出使用无主式和主从式2种控制模式并存,实现工作面数据的分级报送的通信网络系统设计方案,提出了精准掌控工作面生产数据源,提取支撑应用的关键数据,将重载传输负荷轻量化的设计方法。通过在下位机上构建数据缓冲池,化解井喷式大数据量无主式报送数据带来的总线通信阻塞,上位机采用主从控制模式,依据采煤机位置和采煤工艺,确定移动式下位机延缓数据读取范围。实现了支架电液控制通信网络系统透明化设计,在保证液压支架电液控制系统稳定性和可靠性的前提下,最大限度地提升了系统报送数据量。

     

    Abstract: Aiming at problem of unstable operation of communication network for electronic-hydraulic control system of hydraulic support, according to the characteristics of data generation of the electronic-hydraulic control system of hydraulic support in fully-mechanized coal mining face, the properties of data objects are analyzed systematically, the architecture and transmission problem of communication network for the electronic-hydraulic control system of hydraulic support are introduced, two kinds of control modes are put forward, which are master-slave and non master, design scheme of communication network system for realizing hierarchical submission of work data.The production data source of precise control work surface is put forward, extract critical data for support applications,design method for lightening heavy transmission load.Build a data buffer pool on the slave machine, resolving the blocking problem of bus communication brought by blowout type large amount data without master submission data, the master slave control mode is adopted in the upper computer, according to the location of shearer and mining technology, determine the mobile slave machine to delay the data reading range.It realizes the transparent design of communication network system for electronic-hydraulic control system of hydraulic support, on the premise of ensuring the stability and reliability of the electronic-hydraulic control system of hydraulic support, the amount of data submitted by the system is improved to the maximum.
