Optimization Design of Emulsion Pump Station Using Variable Frequency Driving Method in Working Face with High Mining Height

  • 摘要: 基于乳化液泵站采用变频恒压供液技术的必要性,提出塔然高勒煤矿大采高工作面乳化液泵站采用智能变频恒压供液系统,并对变频驱动方式进行优化设计,确定采用变频器+组合开关的驱动方式,该驱动方式较其他2种驱动方式具有投资小、控制简单、维护方便等优点。通过分析比较,最终确定选用BPJ-315/1140型变频器和KJZ-1500/1140-9型组合开关联合运行,以实现乳化液泵站的恒压供液。该驱动方案可为其他矿井乳化液泵站变频恒压供液系统设计提供参考。

     

    Abstract: Based on the necessity of emulsion pump station using variable frequency automatic constant pressure for the fluid, the paper put forward that emulsion pump station used this technology in working face with high mining height of Tarangaole Mine, optimized the design of variable frequency driving mode, and determined the driving mode of converter and combination switch. This driving mode had a small investment, simple control and convenient maintenance than others. By compariso n, the BPJ- 315 /1140 frequency transformer and KJZ-1500 /1140- 9 combination switch were sdected to run together to achieve constant pressure for the fluid. The mo de of variable frequency driving provided reference for other mine emulsion pumping station.
