Construction Technology of Freeze Sinking Method in Inclined Shaft Soil Layer

  • 摘要: 为使庞庞塔矿副斜井井筒安全顺利地通过大断面、大倾角含水表土冻结段,在优化冻结施工设计的基础上,采用分区段冻结和隔温局部冻结、二次支护以及冻结施工等关键技术,并通过大型箕斗运输、挖掘机挖掘、液压伸缩模板台车砌壁等凿井机械化设备配套,解决了井筒倾角和断面大、施工条件复杂、无类似工程经验借鉴等冻结和掘砌施工难题,节省了大量劳力,减轻了劳动强度,提高了工程质量和建井速度,实现了安全生产。

     

    Abstract: During Construction of auxiliary inclined shaft of Panta Colliery by freezing method, the freezing construction design scheme was optimized in order to m ake the shaft drive safely through the bulking clay stratum and freezing aquifer with large shaft cross-section. The optimization adopted the key technology of the area a nd local freezing, second supporting, the transportation of large bucket, machinery excavation, the lining with hydraulic form.This new technology solved the difficult pro blems which we never met before, such as shaft with large cross-section, construction complexity.Meanwhile, it saved large labors, reduced the intensity of labors, impr oved the construction speed and quality, and achieved the goal of safe construction.
