Study on Technical Parameters Affected to Coal Briquette Quality

  • 摘要: 采用腐植酸钠、膨润土和高岭土作为复合型煤黏结剂,以常温强度、高温强度和热稳定性作为型煤试样的主要性能检测指标,考察了原煤粒度组成、成型水分、搅拌时间、干燥温度和干燥时间对型煤性能的影响,得出了影响型煤质量的最佳工艺参数:原煤的最佳粒度组成为粒径在0~0.85 mm的占60%左右,0.85~3 mm的占40%左右;成型水分为12%~14%;干燥时间为2 h;干燥温度150~180℃;条件允许时,搅拌时间越长越好,实际生产中,取5 min为宜。

     

    Abstract: The sodium humate, bentonite and Kaolin were applied to the composite briquette binder.The room temperature strength, high temperature strength and thermal stability were the main performance index of the briquette samples.The particle components of the raw coal, briquetting moisture, mixing time, dry temperature and dry time affected to the briquette performances were investigated.The optimized technical parameters affected to the briquette quality were obtained.The optimized particle components of the raw coal would have about 60% of the particle size ranging from 00 .85 mm, about 40% of particle size ranging from 0.853 mm, a moisture Co ntent of the briquette ranging from 12% 1 4%, dry time of two hours and a dry temperature of 1501 80 °C.If it is possible, the more the mixing time, the better the results, fi ve minutes are good in actual production.
