浅埋煤层群中煤柱稳定性及巷道布置优化研究

Research on stability of coal pillar and roadway layout optimization in shallow multi-seams

  • 摘要: 为解决浅埋煤层群开采时应力区范围划分困难及巷道布置难题,根据补连塔矿的实际开采情况,利用理论计算、现场实测和数值模拟结合的手段,对上部煤柱底部应力及下部巷道围岩变形情况进行了分析,并对浅埋煤层下行联合开采过程中煤柱尺寸、回采巷道错距等问题进行了研究。结果表明:由于应力区域范围划分不精确,巷道无法完全避开高应力区,使下部煤层巷道压力急剧增大而产生变形。通过数值模拟比较,下部煤层护巷煤柱宽取26 m,比原实际施工宽度大44%,巷道错开距离取32 m,巷道底板及两帮变形明显减小。

     

    Abstract: In order to solve the problems of dfficult stress zone division and roadway layout in shallow multi- seams mining, according to the actual condition of Bul ianta Coal Mine, the stress at the bottom of upper pillar and deformation of surrounding rock in lower roadway were analyzed by theoretical analysis, field observation a nd numerical simulation. The size of coal pillar and staggered distance of extraction roadway were researched in the process of downward combined mining in shallow coal seams. The results showed that for stress areas were determined inaccurately, roadway could not completely avoid high stress areas in some cases, in a consequ ence, roadway deformation for the stress increased sharply in lower seams. By the comparison of numerical simulation, the width of lower seam pillar adopted 26 m, it was44% larger than former data, stagger distance of roadway adopted 32 m, the deformation of floor and two sides in the roadway were reduced obviously.
