Development Orientation and Research State on Intelligent Key Technology in Fully- Mechanized Coal Mining Face

  • 摘要: 为实现综采工作面的智能化,解决目前我国矿井普遍存在的开采装备技术落后、资源采出率低等突出问题,通过分析国内外综采工作面智能化开采技术应用现状,构建了综采工作面智能开采系统的主干模型,并就其中涉及到的采煤机位置监测、工作面自动取直及水平控制、煤岩界面识别、溜坡控制等关键技术进行了分析与总结,指出应用惯性导航技术是实现工作面取直的有效方法,应用热红外线技术进行煤层特征追踪技术是解决煤岩界面识别问题的有效途径;最后对综采工作面智能化的发展方向进行了展望。

     

    Abstract: In order to achieve intelligent longwall mining, solve the remarkable problems of the current mine, such as backward technology, low resources recovery, and others, this paper analyzed its current status, and then constructed its system main model. Furthermore, its key technologies were analyzed and summarized, such as the location detection of shearer miners, automated face alignment and horizon control, automated identification of coal and rock interface, automated creep control. The solution developed that inertial navigation and thermal infrared- based seam tracking was useful respectively to realize automated face alignment and identification of coal and rock interface, and others. At last, the trends of the intelligent face mining was looked forward.
