Review on Technology Development for Tar Removal /Catalytical Reforming During Coal Gasification

  • 摘要: 介绍了煤气化焦油脱除方法的研究现状,分析了干法、湿法、电捕法、热裂解和催化重整等各种去除焦油方法的优点和存在的不足,重点从反应温度、停留时间及反应气氛等方面阐述了催化重整方法脱除煤焦油的过程。最后对目前应用较为广泛的催化剂进行了较为细致的讨论,并展望了焦油催化重整技术未来的发展方向。
    Abstract: Recent advances on the approaches for tar removal during coal gasification have been reviewed in this paper. Different types of methods, such as dry m ethod, wet method, electrical capture method, thermal cracking and catalytical reforming and others were analyzed regarding to their advantages and disadvantages. T he importance of reaction temperature, residence time and gasifying agents to catalytic tar reforming was emphasized. Particularly, a few widely- used catalysts for tar r eforming were carefully discussed. The future direction in the development of catalysts for coal tar catalytic reforming was suggested at the end.
