井下电磁干扰特性及智能设备电磁兼容标准研究

Research on electromagnetic interference characteristics and electromagnetic compatibility standard of intelligent equipment

  • 摘要: 新型井下安全监控系统在应用中被干扰的问题仍偶有发生,为使智能化矿井的通信、控制设备在井下不受电磁干扰的影响可靠工作,调查走访了多家煤矿、分析研究了产生干扰的原因并对主要设备的干扰情况进行了现场测试。总结分析了现场测试数据,发现煤矿井下电磁环境的特点,提出井下设备电磁环境干扰类型和参数:包括低频干扰、射频辐射耦合的传导干扰、电压跌落与中断、辐射干扰等。变频器的干扰低频分量更大达到90 dBuV/m,超过了该频段标准限值,频段也超出了试验范围。在靠近变频器输出的位置高频段辐射甚至接近30 V/m,达到抗扰度4级水平;50 Hz工频磁场强度达到了0.19 μT,这个场强已经接近危险值。电压跌落和变化在井下电网中频繁出现,通过电源线冲击智能化设备的工作稳定性。基于现场电磁环境的测试结果结合现有智能设备的测试标准,分析了测试参数存在的问题并提出了解决方案。建议增加射频场感应的传导抗扰度试验、磁场抗扰度试验、电压跌落试验等作为补充。最后从井下设备电磁兼容水平的概念、以及为达到智能化煤矿无人工作面的目标,提出了建议的电磁兼容标准体系框架,包括稳态和瞬态的干扰参数和项目,通过使用不同标准的参数组合对整个频段进行覆盖。瞬态抗扰度试验应考虑井下实际干扰形式、设备的敏感线来确定标准参数等级。

     

    Abstract: With the rapid development of intelligent coal mine, higher requirements are put forward for EMC reliability of equipment.The problem of interference in the application of the new mining safety monitoring system still occurs occasionally.In order to make the communication and control equipment of intelligent mine work reliably without the influence of electromagnetic interference, several coal mines were investigated, studies the causes of interference,and the interference of main equipment was tested on site,analyzes the field test data, and summarizes the characteristics of electromagnetic environment in coal mine, and puts forward the types and parameters of electromagnetic environment interference of mine equipment, low-frequency interference, conducted interference of radio-frequency radiation coupling, voltage drop and interruption, radiated interference, etc.The interference low frequency component of the converter is more than 90 dBμV , which exceeds the standard limit.At the position close to the output of the converter, the high-frequency radiation is even close to 30 V/m, reaching the level of immunity level 4; the 50 Hz power frequency magnetic field intensity reaches 0.19 μT, which is close to the dangerous value.Voltage drop and changes occur frequently in coal mine power grid, which impact the working stability of intelligent equipment through power line.Based on the test results of electromagnetic environment,combined with the existing test standards of intelligent equipment, this paper suggested that the EMC problem should be considered comprehensively, and the conducted immunity test, magnetic field immunity test and voltage drop test of RF field induction should be added as the test supplement of intelligent control equipment.According to the characteristics of electromagnetic compatibility level of intelligent equipment in coal mine, the EMC standard system of equipment is proposed, including steady-state and transient interference parameters and items.The whole frequency band is covered by using different standard parameter combinations.At the same time, it is suggested that the test level should be determined by considering the practical application area, interference form and equipment sensitivity.
