新型高效单巷快速掘进系统应用及改进技术

Application and Improvement Technology of New High Efficient Single Mine Roadway Heading System

  • 摘要: 为解决单巷掘进时受作业空间、掘进设备和支护设备调机不方便的限制,导致掘进效率低的问题,大柳塔煤矿通过投入新型高效单巷快速掘进系统及其配套设备,优化了掘进工艺、减少了移动设备数量、提升了作业区域的安全水平、大幅提高了单巷掘进的效率,并解决了新系统锚杆钻车前端空顶、运输系统堵塞、通风除尘效果差等问题,实现了月最高进尺1 500 m,日最高进尺68 m;全尘粉尘质量浓度由134.8 mg/m3减小为76.5 mg/m3,呼尘粉尘质量浓度由26.2 mg/m3减小为9.1 mg/m3。

     

    Abstract: In order to solve the low heading efficiency rate problem caused by the limited operation space and improper dispatch of the heading equipment and sup port equipment during the single mine roadway heading, with a new high efficient single mine roadway rapid heading system and the related equipment in operation, the optimized heading technology, mobile equipment number reduced in Daliuta mine, the safety level of the operation zone was improved and the single mine roadway hea ding efficiency was highly improved. Also the front no support roof of the new systemic bolt dilling rig, transportation system jammed, poor ventilation dust control effec t and other problems were solved. A max month heading rate was 1 500 m and a max day advancing rate was 68 m. Full dust density was reduced from 134. 8 mg/m3to 76.5 mg/m3and respirable dust density was reduced from 26.2 mg/m3to 9.1 mg/m3.
