磷酸活化兰炭粉末制备活性炭的研究

Study on activated carbon prepared with phosphoric acidactivated semi-coke powder

  • 摘要: 针对兰炭粉末可利用性低及大量堆放带来的污染问题,提出利用兰炭粉末为原料,H3PO4为活化剂,采用化学试剂浸渍预处理,进一步气体活化的方式,单因素法分析不同活化条件对所制得活性炭收率、孔隙结构和碘吸附值的影响。采用ZXF-06/10型自动吸附仪测定所制备活性炭的N2吸附-脱附等温线和孔径分布,确定了H3PO4活化法制备活性炭的最佳工艺条件。试验结果表明:浸渍比和活化温度分别对活性炭的碘吸附值及收率影响显著,当浸渍比为5∶1、H3PO4质量分数40%、活化温度400℃、活化时间40 min时,产品活性炭的碘吸附值最高可达894.13 mg/g,比表面积为926.4 m2/g,总孔容为0.54 m L/g。

     

    Abstract: According to the low uiation and palition problems of the large quantitfa dumping of the coke powder the paper propose,proposingblue coke powder as raw material and H3P04 as the activator. chenical reagentis impregnation prereatment.further gas activated nethod and single factor mefnod were applied to analzethe recovery rate pore structure and iodine adsorpton value of acivated carbon preparated on the different activation condtions.AZXF-06 / 10 auomatic: adsober instrement was appied to measure the N2adsorption-desoption isothem and the pore size ditirbution of the prepared activated caroon.The optimized crat condtion of preparing the actiated caroo with the H3PO4 activation method was detemined.The test resuts showed that the impregnation ratio and activated temperature obviousy affected the iodine adsorption value and the recovery rate of the activated caron.When the impregnationeatio was 5 ∶ 1 ,c ality fraction of H3PO4 was 40%, ctivaton temperature was 4 ℃ and actiated time was 4o1 min,the iodine adsorption value of the product acivated cabon reached at 894.13 mg gspecfic surface area was 926.4 m2l g,total pore volume was 0.54 m L / g.
