盘关向斜火烧铺井田瓦斯赋存地质特征研究

Research on geological characteristics of gas occurrence in Huoshaopu mine field of Panguan Syncline

  • 摘要: 为了查明火烧铺井田瓦斯地质特征、控制因素及其富集规律,进而为地面煤层气勘探工程井位部署、开发层位优选,生产矿井瓦斯防突、消突设计、工程治理等提供参考;首先结合以往地面钻孔瓦斯测试结果对井田深部进行地面瓦斯地质补充勘探工程部署,采用地质钻探、采样测试、气测录井、注入压降测试、吸附解吸等多种技术手段,综合分析各煤层的瓦斯在横纵向上的分布特征。其次对生产矿井各煤层的瓦斯含量、压力、坚固性系数f值、瓦斯放散初速度ΔP、吸附常数a、b值等关键参数进行了系统测试,分析和评价突出危险性;最后指出了煤层气勘探开发方向,提出了3种矿井瓦斯防突、消突措施,并在生产矿井为试验对比分析了3种措施的工程应用效果。结果表明:井田内煤层自然瓦斯成分中含有一定量的C2~C8,存在局部异常富集地段,且含量与煤层埋深呈正相关性;瓦斯的赋存虽然受构造、埋深和水文地质条件3个因素的控制,但主要受煤层埋深的控制;井田内的煤层气资源具有一定的开发潜力,向斜两翼浅部的滞留区和向斜轴部的深部区域是煤层气勘探的有利区,中、上煤组是有利层位;生产矿井可以采取优先开采保护层,同时配合顶、底抽采巷道、条带预抽、顺层长钻孔抽采等3种措施进行区域的矿井瓦斯消突、防突,工程应用效果对比分析发现顺层长钻孔抽采技术效果最好。

     

    Abstract: In order to find out the gas geological characteristics, control factors and enrichment rules of Huoshaopu mine field,so as to provide design parameters for ground coalbed methane exploration project deployment, provide reference for gas outburst prevention, outburst elimination design and engineering treatment in production mines. Firstly, combined with the results of previous surface borehole gas tests, the geological supplementary exploration project of surface gas is deployed in the deep part, and various technical means such as geological drilling, sampling test, gas logging, injection pressure drop test, adsorption and desorption are adopted to comprehensively analyze the distribution characteristics of gas in each coal seam in the horizontal and vertical directions.Secondly, the key parameters such as gas content, pressure, solidity coefficient f value, initial gas diffusion velocity ΔP, adsorption constants a and b value of each coal seam in the production mine are systematically tested, analysis and evaluation of outstanding risks. Finally, it points out the exploration and development direction of coalbed methane and puts forward three kinds of measures to prevent and eliminate gas outburst in mines,taking production mines as test objects, it compares and analyzes the engineering application effects of the three measures. The results show that the natural gas composition in the mine field contains a certain amount of C2~C8, and there are local abnormal enrichment areas, and the content is positively correlated with the coal seam depth.Although the occurrence of gas is controlled by three factors: structure, burial depth and hydrogeological conditions, it is mainly controlled by the burial depth of coal seam.The coalbed methane resources in the mine field have certain development potential.The stranded area in the shallow part of the two wings of the syncline and the deep part of the syncline axis are favorable areas for coalbed methane exploration, and the middle and upper coal formations are favorable horizons.Production mines can give priority to the mining of protective layer, and at the same time cooperate with top and bottom drainage tunnels, strip pre-drainage, along-layer long borehole drainage and other three measures to eliminate outburst and prevent outburst in the mine area. Comparative analysis of engineering application results shows that along-layer long borehole drainage technology has the best effect.
