5m大采高工作面过断层矿压显现规律研究

  • 摘要: 为得到大采高工作面过断层期间矿压规律,以神东矿区哈拉沟煤矿22526大采高工作面为例,采用现场观测和理论分析的方法对其在过断层过程进行分析,得到5 m大采高工作面过断层时的矿压显现规律。结果表明:由于断层的存在降低了该区域岩体的强度,破坏了岩层的完整性,导致周期来压强度减弱、步距减小。断层区域周期来压期间沿工作面倾向支架工作阻力曲线呈双驼峰形,工作阻力峰值在断层面两侧,而非周期来压期间支架工作阻力曲线呈单驼峰形,断层处支架工作阻力相对较大。断层区域片帮、漏矸程度主要取决于该处顶板周期来压状况和围岩条件。

     

    Abstract: In order to obtain the mine strata pressure law during the high cutting coal mining face passing through a fault,based on No.22526 high cutting coal mining f ace in Halagou Mine of Shendong Mining Area as a case,a site observation and theoretical analysis method were applied to analyze the fault passing process and the mine strata pressure behavior law was obtained during the 5 m high cutting coal mining face passing through the fault. The results showed that due to the existed fault reduced t he strength of the rock in the area and destroyed the completed strata,thus the periodical roof weighting strength was reduced and step distance was reduced. The working resistance curve of the powered support along the coal mining face during the periodic roof weighting in the fault area was in two humped camel type ,the resistance peak w as at the two sides of the fault. The working resistance curve of the powered support during the non periodic roof weighting was in single humped camel and the working re sistance of the powered support at the fault was relatively high. The spalling and rock leakage at the fault area was depend on the periodic roof weighting status and he sur round rock condition.
