大直径超深立井凿井新型提绞装备研究及应用

Study and application of new hoisting equipment to large diameter ultra deep mine shaft sinking

  • 摘要: 为满足建设最大井深1 600 m,8~12 m的大直径超深立井快速安全施工要求,研制了井架高29 m,跨度18.85 m,天轮平台9.5 m×9.5 m的新型井架,同时研制了最大静张力410 N的超深立井凿井提升机,6、7、8 m3座钩式吊桶与4 m3底卸式吊桶及相配套的13、15、18、21、25 t钩头装置、3.5、4.0 m分体式天轮等新型装备,并在兖州煤业营盘壕煤矿主井及淮南顾桥煤矿中央区风井等多个立井施工项目中进行了工业试验,结果表明:研制的大直径超深立井施工新型装备可实现立井安全快速施工,特别是在淮南顾桥煤矿中央区风井立井施工中取得了井筒表土层月进尺196 m的良好效果。

     

    Abstract: In order to meet the requirements of a rapid and safety construction of a large diameter and ultra deep mine shaft with the max depth of 1 600 m and a diam eter of8 ~ 12 m,a new mine headframe with a high of 29 m,a span of 18.85 m and a head sheave platform of9.5m x 9. 5 m was developed. Meanwhile,an ultra deep min. e shaft sinking hoist with the max static tension of 410 N,6,7,8 m3 hook type bucket,4 m3 bottom charge type bucket and the related 13,15,18,21 and 25 t hook device,03. 5 and 4. 0 m separation type head sheaves and other new equipments were researched and developed. Industrial tests were conducted in main shaft of Yingpanhao Mine of Yanzhou Mining Group,a mine central ventilation shaft in Huainan Guqiao and other several mine shaft construction projects. The results showed that the new type equip ment for the large diameter ultra deep mine shaft construction researched and developed could realize safety and rapid construction of the mine shaft and especially excell ent effect on a month sinking rate of 196 m in the surface overburden of the mine shaft was obtained from the central mine ventilation shaft in Huainan Guqiao Mine.
