不同富氧条件下O2/CO2地下气化试验效果研究

Study on O2/CO2 underground coal gasification effect with different oxygen-enriched conditions

  • 摘要: 为研究O2/CO2作为气化剂在褐煤地下气化过程中的气化效果,通过地下气化模型试验系统,分别对比了O2/CO2和O2/Air这2种气化方式的炉内温度场分布、出口煤气组成以及污染物排放效果,并对O2/CO2气化方式所产生的CO2减排量进行了计算。试验结果表明:高浓度CO2的存在可以延长气化时间,使炉内温度场向垂直方向分布;含氧体积分数60%时,O2/CO2和O2/Air气化速率相近,温度变化相似,并能获得最大的出口煤气热值;含氧体积分数为40%时O2/CO2气化可以获得最大的CO2减排量,比O2/Air气化减少燃煤量40%左右;在整个气化过程中,O2/CO2气化比O2/Air气化可以显著降低H2S和NH3的排放量。

     

    Abstract: In order to study the effect of O2/CO2 as gasification agent in underground coal gasification (UCG),temperature field, gas composition and pollution emi ssion were contrasted in two ways of O2/CO2 and O2/Air gasification experiment on a model test of UCG plant, at the same time, CO2 emission reduction were calculat ed for O2/CO2 gasification. The result shows that high content of CO2 will extend the gasification time and make the temperature field be distributed along the axial wa y; the gasification rate and temperature change is nearly the same when the content of 02 is 60% in two ways, and the heat value of gas is extremely high in the O2/CO 2gasification; it is calculated that CO2 emission reduction can reach the biggest value for O2/CO2 gasification when 02 content is 40%, and the number of coal-burning will reduced by 40% than O2/Air gasification. The emission of H2 S and NH3 can be scientifically decreased in O2/CO2 gasification than that of O2/Air gasification.
