基于ZICM2410通信模块的煤矸识别手持终端设计

Design on Portable Terminal of Coal Rejects ldentification Based on ZICM2410 Communication Module

  • 摘要: 为实现放顶煤工作面自动化放煤,解决放煤过程中的煤矸自动识别难题,基于ZICM2410通信模块设计了煤矸识别手持终端,介绍了大采高放顶煤支架煤矸识别系统以及手持终端的工作原理、系统组成、电路设计、软件设计。通过使用振动传感器并结合多种煤矸识别数学模型有效地辨识煤矸状态,采用无线通信技术传输并在嵌入式手持终端上显示煤矸放落实时状态,可以提前提示操作人员进行放煤口的控制,有效地减少了矸石的混入量。煤矸识别手持终端在大同煤矿集团白洞煤矿井下进行放煤试验,结果表明,此手持终端的应用实现了煤矸识别技术应用的图形化,且操作更方便。

     

    Abstract: In order to realize automatic top coal caving of the top coal caving mining face, and to solve the difficulty of automatic identify the coal rejects, a portable terminal of coal rejects identification was designed based on ZICM2410 communication module.The paper introduced the coal rejects identification system of the high C utting top coal caving hydraulic powered support and the working principle, system composition, circuit design and software design of the portable terminal.The vibratio n sensor and several coal rejects identification mathematics model were applied to effectively identify the coal rejects status.With the wireless communication technolog y transmission and the coal rejects caving real time conditions displayed on the portable terminal, the operators could control the coal caving windows and could effecti vely reduce the interfusion value of the coal rejects. The coal rejects portable terminal was applied to the top coal caving trial in Baidong Mine.The results showed that t he application of the portable terminal could make the graphic application and easy operation of the coal rejects identification technology.
