Study on thermal stability rapid measurement of emulsion applied to hydraulic powered support

  • 摘要: 针对液压支架用乳化液热稳定性现行测定方法存在周期较长、目视检测不易定量等问题,研究了以粒度组成数据为基础,建立液压支架用乳化液热稳定性快速测定方法的可行性。试验测试了2种不同系列液压支架用乳化液的粒度组成,计算出油性颗粒的沉降高度,并与现行测定法油皂分层厚度进行了比较。试验结果表明:通过粒度组成数据计算油性颗粒沉降高度,进而测定液压支架用乳化液热稳定性的方法可行;油性颗粒沉降高度与液压支架用乳化液的热稳定性有关,沉降高度越大,液压支架用乳化液热稳定性越差;沉降高度越小,液压支架用乳化液的热稳定性越好。

     

    Abstract: According to a long period a hard quantiative of the visual est and other problems existed in the availabe thermal taility measuring method of the emulsion appied to the ihydrauic powered support.based on the data of the paricle size compositon.a study was conducted on the fe astblity to set up a rapid thermal stability measuring method of the emuision appied to the hyoraulicpowered support.The paricle size comp.sitin of the two dfferent emulsions appied to the hydraulic powered supprt was fested and measured.a setilement height of the oil paricle was calculated and a comparison was conduced withth ail soap slice thickress measured with the avallble measuring metod.The experinent resuts showved that with the data of the paric e composition.the setilenent height of the oly paricle was calculated and thus the method to measure the thermal stability of the emulsion applied to the hyaraulic powered support was feasibe.The settemert hegh ofthe iy article was related to the thermal stabiliy of the emulsion applied to the hydrauli: powered suppor.The igher the setlemert eight was,the pooer themal stailit of the emulsion applied to the hydraulic powered support would be and the lower settement height was.the better emusion themal s aiit appiedto the hyraulic: oweed support would be.
