急倾斜煤层铣采机机械化采煤方法

  • 摘要: 针对倾角大于70°、煤层厚度3~5 m的急倾斜煤层难以实现机械化开采的难题,通过应用铣采机,配合柔性掩护支架,提出了走向长壁伪俯斜柔性掩护支架后退式铣采机械化采煤法。在弘利煤矿80°急倾斜煤层布置沿走向推进的伪俯斜长壁工作面,上巷回风,下巷运输;履带式铣采机由截割部、推运部等7个大部件组成,可以对急倾斜煤层机械铣挖;在工作面铺设搪瓷溜槽,铣挖破碎的煤体在重力作用下从搪瓷溜槽向下运输;设计的柔性支架成组布置在伪俯斜工作面,随着煤体的采出逐渐向下移动,形成稳定的回采空间。这种新型急倾斜煤层机械化开采方法的提出与应用,实现了该类煤层条件下落煤方式的机械化,有效提高了工作面效率,改善了工作面环境,为类似煤层的机械化开采提供了新思路。

     

    Abstract: It is difficult to realize mechanized mining for steeply inclined coal seams with dip angle greater than 70° and seam thickness of 3~5 m.Through the use of flexible shield supports and the rotary drum cutter,the pseudo inclined mechanized retreating-longwall mining method with flexible shield support and milling excavation technology (RLFM) is proposed.In the steeply inclined coal seam with an dip angle of 80° in the Hongli Coal Mine,a pseudo inclined longwall working face was arranged.The upper roadway was used as return air and the lower roadway was served as transportation.The rotary drum cutter was composed of seven parts,such as the cutting unit,the pushing unit,the frame unit,et al,which realized the mechanical milling in steeply inclined seam.Enamel chutes were laid on the working face and the broken coal transported downwards from the enamel chute under gravity.The flexible supports were arranged in groups in a pseudo inclined working face and gradually moved downward with the coal mining to form a stable recovery space.The proposed and applied mechanized mining method for steeply inclined coal seams has truly realized the mechanization of mining under such seam conditions.
