综放工作面过断层期间防灭火综合技术应用

Application of Comprehensive Fire Prevention and Control Technology in Fully Mechanized Top Coal Caving Mining Face Passing Through Fault

  • 摘要: 以梁宝寺煤矿3309综放工作面过断层期间采空区煤自燃防治为例,分析了过断层期间煤易自燃的原因,结合该矿井实际情况,提出了调整工作面风量、施工高位灭火钻孔灌浆、喷浆堵漏、采空区注氮的综合治理措施。结果表明:此措施的应用使3309综放工作面进风隅角CO体积分数由治理前的656×10-6降低到17×10-6以下,保证了该工作面在过断层期间的安全生产,为易燃厚煤层综放工作面过断层期间的采空区防灭火提供了可借鉴的技术经验。

     

    Abstract: Taking the prevention and control of coal spontaneous combustion in goaf during No.3309 fully mechanized top coal caving mining face passing through a fault in Liangbaosi Mine as an example, the paper analyzed the easy spontaneous combustion causes of coal during the coal mining face passing through the fault an d in combination with the actual conditions of the mine, the paper provided the mining face ventilation quantity adjustment, the high level fire extinguishing borehole gro uting operation, shotcreting sealing, the nitrogen goaf injection and other comprehensive control measures.The results showed that the application of the measures coul d make the CO volume fraction of No.3309 fully mechanized top coal caving mining face reduced from previous 656x 10-6 to below 17x 10-6.The application of the meas ures could ensure the safety production of the mining face during the face passing through fault period and could provide the technical experiences to the fire preventio n and extinguishing in the goaf during the fully mechanized top coal caving mining face in easy spontaneous combustion thick seam passing through fault.
