Design on Mine Vital Signs Monitoring and Measuring System Based on Optical Fiber Sensor

  • 摘要: 为了实时监测井下人员工作及灾变时期的健康状况,设计了一种新型光纤光栅传感器测量井下操作人员生命体征综合参数的监测系统,研究了光纤光栅传感器对人员体表温度、心率及呼吸频率的测量方法,给出了试验数据及图表。结果表明:温度变化引起的光纤光栅波长偏移灵敏度为7.5 pm/℃,心脏跳动一次引起的光纤光栅中心波长偏移为122 pm以上,呼吸发生一次光纤光栅中心波长偏移1 220 pm以上;此光纤光栅传感系统本质安全、抗电磁干扰、耐腐蚀、耐灰尘、质量小,非常适合于井下应用。

     

    Abstract: In order to on-time monitor and measure the health conditions of the personnel during the working and disaster period in the underground mine, a monito ring and measuring system to measure the vital signs comprehensive parameters of the personnel working in the underground mine was provided based on a new optic al fiber grating sensors.The paper had a study on the measuring method of the body surface temperature, heart rate and respiratory rate with the optical fiber grating se nsors.The results showed that the deviation sensitivity of the optical fiber grating wavelength caused by the temperature variation was 7.5 pm/°C.The deviation of the p tical fiber grating central wavelength caused by one hart pulse was over 122 pm and the deviation of the optical fiber grating central wavelength caused by a respiratory was over 1 220 pm.Thus the optical fiber grating sensor system is intrinsic safe, anti-electromagnetic interference, corrosion resistance, dust proof and light weight and is suitable for mine application.
