深井破碎顶板大断面开切眼支护参数优化研究
Study on Support Parameters Optimization of Large Cross Section Open-Off Cut with Broken Roof in Deep Underground Mine

摘要: 根据赵固二矿大采高综采工作面开切眼断面大、埋藏深、顶板破碎、支护困难的情况,提出了大断面开切眼采用锚网索加挑棚联合支护技术。通过对开切眼顶板岩性进行分析,并运用锚杆(索)支护理论和机理,对大断面开切眼二次扩帮的支护参数进行了设计,确定了开切眼二次扩帮后顶板采用20mm×4000mm螺纹钢锚杆和21.6mm×12000mm钢绞线锚索进行加固。监测结果表明:优化后的支护结构可以有效地控制复杂条件下大跨度、大高度开切眼顶板及两帮的变形,支护效果好。Abstract: According to the large cross section open-off cut,deep depth, broken roof support difficulty of the fully mechanized high cutting coal mining face in Zhaog u No.2 Mine,a combined support system with bolt/steel mesh/anchor plus shield canopy was provided for the large cross section open-off cut in the mine.With the analy sis on the roof lithology of the open-off cut,the bolt(anchor)support theory and mechanism was applied to the design on the support parameters of the secondary reamin g of the large cross section open-off cut.The 020x4 000 mm type thread steel bolt and the 021.6x12 000 mm type steel strand anchor were applied to the roof reinforce ment after the secondary remaining of the open-off cut.the site mine strata pressure monitoring and measuring results showed that the optimized support structure coul d effectively control the deformation of the roof and the two sidewall of the large span and high open-off cut under the complicated conditions and the support effect was good.
