淮南矿区煤炭深部开采技术问题与对策

Technical problem and countermeasures to deep coal mining in Huainan Mining Area

  • 摘要: 为实现深部煤炭安全高效绿色开采,剖析了淮南矿区深部开采面临的瓦斯、灰岩水、地压、地温等4个方面技术难点,并给出深井开采的7大关键技术对策,即:优化开采布局,整合资源;构建瓦斯治理模式,创建瓦斯治理示范工程;研发试验了深部煤矿全断面硬岩盾构机和更小断面煤矿顶管机等,推进“机械化、自动化、智能化、信息化”进程;开创“钻、疏、注”一体化灰岩水防治技术;研发矿井降温技术;开发深井巷道稳定性控制与支护技术;推进协调、绿色开采成套技术,以此解决深部开采的关键技术难题,推进协调绿色发展,提高深部矿井安全生产及综合效益。

     

    Abstract: In order to realize a safety and high efficient green mining of the deep coal, the paper analyzed the technical difficulties of the gas, limestone water, grou nd pressure and ground temperature aspects faced to the deep coal mining in Huaina Mining Area and the faced challenges and provided seven key technical counterm easures to the coal mining in the deep mine, including the optimized mining layout, integrated coal resources, innovated gas control mode and innovated gas control de mo project. A mine full face hard rock roadway boring machine in a deep coal mine and a smaller mine pipe jacking machine and others were researched, developed an d tested and thus"mechanization, automation, intelligent and information"were continuously promoted to a new level. The innovated“drilling, discharging and grouting"in tegrated limestone water prevention and control technology, innovated mine cooling technology, innovated stability control and support technology of the deep mine roa dway would promote and coordinate the green mining complete technology in order to solve the key technical problems of the deep mining, to promote the coordinative green development of the deep mine and to improve the safety production and comprehensive effect of the deep mine.
