支架搬运车行走液压系统特性与优化匹配研究

Study on characteristics and optimum match of walking hydraulic system for support carrier

  • 摘要: 为满足目前煤矿大采高工作面支架搬运车能爬大坡、下大坡速度稳定的要求,提出了适合大坡度矿井下支架搬运车行走液压系统性能优化改进方案。通过对该行走液压系统的负载特性和工作原理进行理论分析与仿真研究,得出了影响支架搬运车爬坡性能和下坡性能的关键因素;当要求爬21%坡度时,通过对提出的2种方案对比分析,研究开发了大坡度液压行走系统;通过对车辆重载下坡工况和液压控制方式分析,提出了适合车辆重载下坡控制策略。优化后的系统在支架搬运车上的应用试验结果表明:与改进前车辆相比,该系统大幅提高了车辆的爬坡能力,有效改善了支架搬运车重载下坡速度稳定性。

     

    Abstract: In order to meet the current requirements of the support carrier can climb the big slope and downgrade stably for the coal mine working face of large min ing, the paper puts forward the improvement scheme of the performance of the hydraulic system of the walking vehicle in the large slope. Through the theoretical analy sis and simulation study on the load characteristics and working principle of the walking hydraulic system, the key factors affecting the climbing performance and downh ill performance of the support carrier are obtained. When the slope is required to climb 21%, the large gradient hydraulic walking system is researched and developed t hrough the comparative analysis of two proposed programs; this paper puts forward a control strategy for heavy-duty downhill of vehicles by means of analysis of vehicl e heavy-duty downhill conditions and hydraulic control methods; Through the optimization of the system on the support carrier, the results show that compared with the i mproved vehicle, the system can greatly improve the climbing ability of the vehicle and improve the stability of the heavy load and downhill speed of the support carrier.
