长初次来压步距下三角式扇形卸压初采技术研究

  • 摘要: 为解决中硬岩层采场初次来压步距长、矿压显现剧烈的问题,采用理论研究与实践相结合的方法,以大恒煤业4-1煤层41107工作面为工程背景,研究了三角式扇形初采分段卸压的顶板控制方式及三角式扇形初采技术。结合现场具体条件,将开切眼与工作面上下两巷非垂直布置,初采时,一端固定,推采另一端,将常规矩形工作面各级整体基本顶转化为依次分段断裂基本顶,以消除矩形初采工作面基本顶整体初次断裂来压给生产带来的冲击性危害。结果表明:采用三角式扇形初采方式,初采期间41107工作面矿压显现不明显,且增加了工作面开切眼三角煤区段放顶煤循环产量,提高煤炭资源采出率的同时,实现了长初次来压步距条件下安全回采。

     

    Abstract: In order to solve a long first weighting interval, serious mine pressure behavior problems occurred during mining with medium hard rock strata, a theoreti cal study and practices combined method was applied to study the sectional pressure released roof control method of the triangle fan shaped initial mining and its techn ology with No. 41107 coal mining face in No.4-1 seam of Daheng Coal Industry as the engineering background. In combination with the site certain condition, the top a nd lower gateways were vertically layouted for the open-off cut and the coal mining face. At the initial mining period, one end of the face was fixed and at the other end was pushed forward. Each integrated basic roof of the conventional rectangle coal mining face was converted to a sectional breaking basic roof in sequences in order t 0 eliminate the mine pressure bump danger occurred from the integrated initial breaking weighting of the basic roof above the rectangle initial mining face. The results s howed that with application of the triangle fan shaped initial mining method, the pressure behavior of No.41107 coal mining face was not obvious at the initial mining pe riod. The top coal caving circulation production was increased at the triangle seam section in the open-off cut of the coal mining face. Meanwhile, the coal resources mi ning rate was increased, a safety mining was realized with long first weighting interval.
