基于视频识别的带式输送机煤量检测与自动调速系统

Coal quantity detection and automatic speed regulation system of belt conveyor based on video identification

  • 摘要: 针对当前带式输送机自动调速一直没有普及应用的现状,提出了一种基于视频识别的带式输送机自动调速方法。该调速方法为在地面的一台计算机运行调速软件,借用煤矿企业原有视频监控网络、设备控制网络,实现带式输送机的自动调速。调速软件读取视频数据来识别带式输送机上煤的宽度,作为模糊煤量输入,通过知识库及模糊推理,得出调速值。该调速方法在兴隆庄煤矿12306十采一横带式输送机进行了应用,结果表明:该系统简单易实施,煤宽识别误差在5%以内,可实现被调速带式输送机平均速度降低10%。通过本系统的应用,可提高带式输送机的自动化水平,实现节能降耗,减少机械磨损,延长设备使用寿命。

     

    Abstract: According to the problem on no popularization and application of automatic seep regulation to the present belt conveyor, automatic speed regulation met hod of the belt conveyor was provided based on the video identification. In order to operate the speed regulation software on a computer at the surface ground, the avai lable video monitoring and control network and the equipment control network were applied to realize the automatic speed regulation of the belt conveyor. By the readin g of the video data, the speed regulation software could indentify a width of the coal on the belt of the conveyor as an input of the fuzzy coal quantity and with the knowl edge database and the fuzzy inferences, the speed regulation value was obtained. The plan was applied to the belt conveyor in No. 12306 coal mining face with 10 mini ng operation and one transverse in Xinglongzhuang Mine. The application result showed that the system was simple and easily implemented, the identification error of t he coal width was within 5% and the average speed of the regulated belt conveyor could be reduced by 10%. With the application of the system, the automatic level of belt conveyor could be improved, the energy saving and the consumption reduction would be realized, the mechanical wear could be reduced and the service life of the equipment could be prolonged.
