易发火综采工作面均压通风系统优化与应用

Optimization and Application on Pressure Balanced Ventilation System of Easy Combustion Fully Mechanized Coal Mining Face

  • 摘要: 针对马脊梁煤矿易发火综采工作面均压通风系统存在的回采后期及倒面搬家时期均压通风系统与运输系统的矛盾,通过局部优化改进,实现了二者平行作业,并在马脊梁煤矿新设计的14-3号煤层305盘区8509易发火综采工作面对改进系统进行了工程实践应用,实施优化改进后,8509工作面进风量由原来的680 m3/min增加到800 m3/min,回风量由原来的278 m3/min增加到790 m3/min,卸压漏风大幅减少;上隅角和回风巷CO体积分数由192×10-6减少到0,仅用18 d就完成了该工作面的搬家倒面工作。

     

    Abstract: According to the contradiction between the pressure balanced ventilation system and the transportation system during the late mining period and the equ ipment removing period existed in the pressure balanced ventilation system of easy combustion fully mechanized coal mining face in Majliang Mine, With the local opti mization and improvement, a parallel operation could be conducted and was applied to No.8509 easy combustion coal mining face in No.305 mining block of No.14-3 se am.The results showed that after the ventilation system optimized and improved, the income ventilation of No.8509 coal mining face increased from the previous 680 m 3/min to 800 m3/min, the air retuning increased from the previous 278 m3/min to 790 m3/min and the pressure releasing and air leakage was highly reduced.The CO vo lume fraction in the upper corner and the air returning gateway reduced from 192x 10-6 to 0.The equipment removing work of the coal mining face was completed with 1 8 days only.
