薄煤层智能开采工作面煤层透明化地质勘查技术

    实现薄煤层工作面智能开采的煤层透明化地质勘查技术。首先,分析整理以往地质勘查、矿井生产以及临近工作面揭露的地质资料,建立工作面煤层勘探地质模型;其次,采用巷道快速写实技术、测量技术等,获取工作面两巷道、开切眼揭露的煤层结构、顶底板起伏等参数特征,并修正勘探地质模型,建立煤层的生产地质模型;然后,分析工作面尺度上煤层、地质构造的变化特征,采用井下定向钻探为主,工程测量、钻孔窥视、岩屑编录等为辅助的煤岩界面综合探测技术,根据获取的煤层厚度、顶底板标高、煤岩层结构、地层倾角等关键性参数,再次修正模型形成煤层半透明化的智能开采地质模型;之后,将建立的半透明化模型输入采煤机系统,设定预想切割曲线,采用工作面支架超前雷达、工作面三维激光扫描、工作面回采地质测量、快速写实等技术探测回采过程中煤层的参数,并实时反馈优化半透明化的智能开采地质模型,形成智能开采工作面煤层透明化地质模型;最后,采用对比分析、回采跟踪、地质建模等技术,根据后续工作面的开采分析该技术体系的适用性和可行性,构建适应于榆家梁煤矿的薄煤层智能开采工作面煤层透明化勘查技术体系,并以数字化方式对整个工作面进行全面统一的三维可视化展示,实现了工作面的煤层透明化生产模型的动态更新,指导采煤机截割轨迹的调整和修正,成果精度满足智能开采要求。

     

    Abstract: Intelligent mining is the only way for coal mines to move towards high-quality development, transparent geology is the key to intelligent mining, in order to fundamentally solve the problem of coal seam transparency, to Shendong Coal Group Yujialiang Coal Mine No.43101 thin coal seam intelligent mining work surface as the research object, studying to achieve the thin coal seam working surface intelligent mining of coal seam transparent geological exploration technology. Firstly, the geological model of coal seam exploration on the working surface is established by analyzing and sorting out the geological data exposed by the previous geological exploration, mine production and the adjacent working surface; secondly, the rapid realism technology and measurement technology of the roadway are used to obtain the parameter characteristics of the two-lane roadway of the working surface, the coal seam structure exposed by the open cut eye, the undulation of the top and bottom plate, and the exploration geological model is modified to establish the production geological model of the coal seam;Then, the change characteristics of the coal seam and geological structure on the working surface scale are analyzed, and the coal-rock interface integrated detection technology is mainly based on downhole directional drilling, engineering surveying, drilling peeping, and rock chip cataloging as the auxiliary, and the model is revised again according to the key parameters such as coal seam thickness, top floor plate elevation, coal rock layer structure, formation inclination and other key parameters to form a translucent intelligent mining geological model of coal seam; Three-dimensional laser scanning of the working surface, geological survey of working surface recovery, rapid realism and other technologies to detect the parameters of the coal seam in the process of recovery, and real-time feedback and optimization of the translucent intelligent mining geological model to form a transparent mining working surface coal seam transparent geological model; finally, the comparative analysis, recovery tracking, geological modeling and other technologies are used to analyze the applicability and feasibility of the technical system according to the mining of the subsequent working surface, and build a thin coal seam intelligent mining working surface coal seam transparent exploration technology system adapted to Yujialiang, and conducts a comprehensive and unified three-dimensional visual display of the entire working surface in a digital manner. It realizes the dynamic update of the transparent production model of the coal seam of the working surface, guides the adjustment and correction of the intercept trajectory of the shearer, and the accuracy of the results meets the requirements of intelligent mining.
