本安防爆系统与本安电源结构特点及分类探讨

Discussion on Features and Classification of Intrinsic Safe Flame Proof System and Intrinsic Safe Electric Power Structure

  • 摘要: 针对本安防爆系统和本安电源概念容易混淆,在相关研究和产品应用过程中产生诸多不便的难题,对本安防爆系统和本安电源的类别划分以及特点进行了详细的分析和探讨。通过归纳建立4种本安防爆系统结构,对不同类型的结构特点、适用场合等特性进行详尽的解析与说明;在总结系统结构过程中根据电源的使用位置与系统的要求引出一次本安电源、二次本安电源的概念,并对二者的设计要求及适用条件进行讨论。同时,对本安电源前端保护和后端保护2种保护模式的特点及适用场合进行阐述。

     

    Abstract: According to the confusion on the intrinsic safe flame proof system and the intrinsic electric power conception and the many inconvenie nces occurred in the related research and the product application process,a detail analysis and discussion was conducted on the category division a nd features of the intrinsic safe flame proof system and the intrinsic safe electric power.There were four intrinsic safe flame proof system structures concluded and established.A detail explanation and introduction was conducted on the structure features ,suitable applied location and other features of each category.During the summarization of the system structure process ,according to the electric power application location and the requirements of the system,the conception of the primary intrinsic safe electric power and secondary intrinsic safe electric power was introduced.A discussion was conducted on the design requirements and the applied conditions of the two intrinsic safe powers.Meanwhile a statement was made on the features and applied location of the front end protection and rear end protection modes for the intrinsic safe electric power.
