Development and Application on MJS-1 Coking Coal Giesler Fluidity Testing Machine with Double Furnace

  • 摘要: 针对国内优质炼焦煤资源相对紧缺、原煤供应混乱和对煤质性能了解不深入等问题,以恒定扭力矩为核心技术,采用双炉体设计,研发了MJS-1双炉型炼焦煤基氏流动度试验机,介绍了其煤甑传动搅拌系统、恒定力矩检测系统、双炉转换升温系统、自动计数打印控制系统、智能控制系统的设计方案。该试验机可加强光电系统准确性,提高煤甑传动搅拌系统精度,具有煤质分析检测功能,通过与现有检测仪器和进口仪器检测结果对比,结果表明:特征温度和最大流动度重复性很好,精度分别控制在特征温度平均值不大于8℃、最大流动度平均值不大于20%的要求范围内,符合煤炭行业MT/T 1015—2006标准的要求。

     

    Abstract: Aiming at the status of shortage of high quality coking coal resources and disordered supply of coal, and less understanding of coal property, taking dou ble furnace design and constant torque as the core technology, the MJS-1 giesler fluidity testing machine with duble furnace was developed, which included many parts, such as transmission and mixing system of coal retort, detecting system of constant torque, convert heating system, automatic counting print and control system, inelig ent control system. This testing machine improved the accuracy of coal retort system and optoelectronic system, and could realize the coal quality analysis detection fu nction. Compared with the existing instrument and import instrument, the results showed the good repeatability of characteristic temperature and the maximum fluidity, t he precision met the requirements that the characteristics of temperature average was not more than 8。C, and average value of the maximum fluidity was not more tha n 20%, which were completely conform with the industrial standard of MT /T 1015- -2006.
