掘进巷道涌水断裂缝隙探测及注浆堵水技术

Detection and Grouting Water Sealing Technology of Crack Fissures for Water Inrush in Mine Heading Roadway

  • 摘要: 为解决龙固煤矿辅2运输大巷顶底板涌水大的问题,采用井下瞬变电磁和地质雷达相结合的物探技术,确定巷道顶底板的岩层的富水区域。制定了浅层、深部注浆相结合及局部引流封堵的治水方案,优化钻孔布置,施工深部注浆堵水钻孔52个,巷道涌水量由720 m3/h减少到340 m3/h,顶板无集中淋水。

     

    Abstract: In order to solve high water inrush from the floor of the No.2 Auxiliary Transportation Roadway in Longgu Mine, a physical exploration technology combin ed with the mine transient electromagnetism and geological radar was applied to determinate the watery zone in the roof or floor of the mine roadway.A water control pl an with shallow and deep section grouting as well as the local drainage and sealing was set up.The borehole layout was optimized.There were 52 boreholes of deep gro uting and water sealing completed.The water inrush quantity from the mine roadway was reduced from 720 m3/h to 340 m3/h and there was no heavy raining from roof.
