瓦斯抽采钻孔修复增透技术与装备

摘要: 针对瓦斯抽采钻孔易发生失稳堵孔导致抽采量严重衰减的问题,研发出瓦斯抽采孔水力作业机,采用外径16 mm连续可缠绕钢管,以高压水射流为核心,形成高压力、变流量、连续修复钻孔技术体系。利用瓦斯抽采孔水力作业机产生的高压水射流对瓦斯抽采钻孔进行冲孔解堵和水力喷射压裂增透,从而达到了卸压和造缝双重增透的目的,使得已有的瓦斯抽采孔重复利用,避免施工新钻孔。该技术在郑煤集团大平煤矿现场应用表明,钻孔修复、增透后瓦斯抽采纯流量可提高800%以上。Abstract: According to a serious reduction problem of gas drainage production caused by the gas drainage borehole stability lost and jammed occurred easily, a h ydraulic operation machined of the gas drainage borehole was researched and developmentm, a high pressure, varied flow and continuous borehole repair technical sy stem was formed with a 16 mm outer diameter continuous wrapped steel tube and based on a high pressure water jet as core. The high pressure water jet caused by th e hydraulic operation machine of the gas drainage borehole was applied to the hydraulic borehole flushing and jam removing and the hydraulic jet fracturing and perme ability improvement of the gas drainage borehole. Thus a double permeability goal of the pressure releasing and fracturing was reached, the production of the available gas drainage boreholes could be restored and new boreholes construction could be eliminated. The technology applied to Daping Mine of Zhengzhou Coal Industry Gro up showed that after the borehole repaired and the permeability improved, the pure volume of the gas drainage could be increased over 800%.
