Development of remote controlled full-section drilling rig in coal mine

  • 摘要: 针对薄煤层瓦斯抽采钻孔施工综合效率低的问题,分析发现薄煤层巷道普遍低矮,现有分体钻机虽能满足施工需求且尺寸小,但机械化水平低及搬迁不便,而履带钻机难以水平低位开孔,在低矮巷道进行顺层、穿层钻孔施工及钻机运输、调角空间受限,因此选择合适的施工方法及提高钻进装备适应性是解决这一难题的关键。本文研制的全断面钻进钻机,其设计有双立柱变幅稳固机构,将调角动作按顺序分解,采用全断面钻进方式施工,解决了履带钻机施工时的空间受限问题;设计的液力制动锁紧装置,利用钻机液压系统提供高压油,将钻进装置与钻机液力固接,解决了全断面施工稳定性差的问题;采用遥控技术控制钻机,解决了全断面施工时视线遮挡的问题;针对全断面施工时钻机的特定姿态,设计的直角导轨及衬板,选用新型合金材料及特殊的热处理工艺,提高了全断面钻机施工的可靠性。经现场工业性试验验证,该全断面钻机对薄煤层巷道适应性强,全断面施工性能稳定,综合效率高,促进了薄煤层煤矿井下全断面钻进钻机的技术进步,为煤矿井下瓦斯抽采的安全性、高效性提供有力保障。

     

    Abstract: In view of problem of low comprehensive efficiency of drilling construction for gas drainage in thin coal seams,it was found that thin coal seam roadways were generally low. Although the existing split drilling machine can meet the construction requirements and were small in size,the mechanization level was low and it was inconvenient to move,and it was difficult for the crawler drilling machines to drill at low level. In low-slung roadways,the space for drilling construction,drilling rig transportation,and angle adjustment was limited. Therefore,choosing an appropriate construction method and improving the adaptability of drilling equipment were the keys to solving this problem. The full-section drilling rig described in this paper was designed with a double column luffing and stabilizing mechanism,which decomposed the angle adjustment action in sequence,and adopted the full-section drilling method to solve the problem of limited space during construction of the crawler drilling rig;the hydraulic brake locking device used the hydraulic system of the drilling rig to provide high-pressure oil,and the drilling device was hydraulically connected to the drilling rig,which solved the problem of poor stability in full-section construction;the use of remote control technology to control the drilling rig solved the problem of line of sight blocking during the full section construction;in view of the specific posture of the drilling rig during the full-section construction,the right angle guide rail and lining plate were designed,and new alloy materials and special heat treatment process were selected to improve the reliability of the full section drilling rig construction. The field industrial test shows that the full face drilling rig has strong adaptability to thin coal seam roadways,stable full-section construction performance and high comprehensive efficiency,which promotes the technical progress of full-section drilling rigs in thin coal seam coal mine and provides favorable guarantee for the safety and efficiency of gas drainage in coal mine.
