液态CO2用于综放工作面自然发火治理的研究

Study on Liquid Carbon Dioxide Applied to Spontaneous Combustion Control in Fully- Mechanized Top Coal Caving Mining Face

  • 摘要: 针对山东唐口煤矿1305综放工作面停产期间出现煤自然发火异常的情况,提出了采用注液态CO2治理综放工作面停产期间自然发火隐患,研究结果表明,采用液态CO2进行防灭火能够有效降低各类指标气体的浓度和温度,氧气体积分数由16.2%降低到8.2%,CO体积分数由39×10-6降低到8×10-6,温度由29.5℃降低到16.3℃,有效消除了工作面停产期间煤的自然发火隐患,保证了工作面停产期间的安全。

     

    Abstract: According to spontaneous combustion abnormal condition occurred in a production downtime of No. 1305 fully- mechanized top coal caving mining face i n Shandong Tangkou Mine, the liquid carbon dioxide was provided to control the spontaneous combustion hidden danger occurred in the production downtime period of the fully- mechanized top coal caving mining face. The study results showed that the liquid carbon dioxide applied to the fire prevention and control could effectively red uce the density of each index gas and temperature, the oxygen volume fraction was reduced from 16. 2% to 8. 2%, the carbon monoxide volume fraction was reduced fr om39 x 10- 6to8 x 10- 6, the temperature was reduced from 29.5 °C to 16.3 °C, the spontaneous combustion hidden danger occurred in the production downtime peri od of the coal mining face could be effectively eliminated and safety during the production downtime period of the coal mining face could be ensured.
