基于褐煤水热废液制备聚羧酸水煤浆分散剂

Polycarboxylate dispersant of coal water mixture prepared based on lignite hydrothermal waste water

  • 摘要: 水热处理工艺可显著提高褐煤水煤浆浓度,但副产大量有机废液,直接排放会造成煤中有机组分的流失和环境污染。因此,以乙酸、聚乙二醇、丙烯酸等为原料,分别以去离子水、褐煤水热废液为分散相,合成了作为同系参照组的聚羧酸型水煤浆分散剂(WX)和基于褐煤水热废液的聚羧酸型水煤浆分散剂(ZZ)。结果表明:褐煤水热有机废液具有含氧官能团,利用其合成的分散剂(ZZ)使东明褐煤及其水热提质煤成浆浓度分别达到53.08%、58.82%,比代表性商品分散剂(NX)提高0.94%~1.15%,比同系参照组(WX)的表观黏度降低66.2~81.2 m Pa·s。基于褐煤水热废液制备聚羧酸水煤浆分散剂既可有效利用废液中的有机组分,也减少了废液排放。

     

    Abstract: A hydrothermal processing technique could obviously improve the concentration of th lignit-based cal water sury( CWS),but the byproduction would have great organic waste water and the direct discharging would cause the organic component loss of th lignite and the envronment poluton.Taing c etic acid.polyethylene glycol acrylic acid and others as the raw matera s.based on the deionized water and lignite hydrothermal waste water as the dispersed phase the polycaboxylatemode coal water mixture dispersant as the same system reference group( WX )and the polycaroxylate mode coal water mixture dispersant(Zz)based on the hydrothermal waste water of the lignie were synthesized.The resuts showed tat the hydrothermal aganic waste water of thelgnie would have oxygen funcional groups.Wwiththe synthesized dispersant(Z2)the cal water mixture concentratio prepared with Dongming lignite and the hydrothermal upgraded cal could be reached at 53.08% and 58.82%. increased 0.94%~1.15% than the typical commercial dispersant and the apparent viscoity of the same system reference group( Wwx would be reduced by66.2×81.2 m Pa s.T'he polycarboxylate mode coal water mixture dispersant prepared based on the linite ydrothermal wate water coud fevctivel uire the organc components of the waste water and also could reduce the discharging of the waste water.
