煤层气开发精确对接井钻进技术装备研发与应用

Research & development and application on drilling technology and equipment of accurate butted well for coalbed methane development

  • 摘要: 针对煤矿区煤层气地面开发面临的井型及成井方法单一、配套国产化钻井装备不足等难题,提出了一种基于精确对接井钻进技术的煤层气开发新模式,研制了配套全液压车载钻机,集成了成套钻进装备系统;研究发展了精确对接井钻进工艺,总结形成了系列完井技术,在晋城矿区建成了我国煤矿区第一个高产的远端精确对接井。精确对接井钻进技术装备已推广应用于多个煤层气勘探开发工程,相继建成10个不同类型的精确对接井组,施工水平连通井16口,最大对接距离1 065 m,最大位垂比3.7,最高日产气量3.28万m~3(晋城矿区15号煤层),为实现煤矿区煤层气地面高效开发提供了技术装备支持。

     

    Abstract: According to the single we ype and completion technology.insuficient matched domestic: rlling equipment and other problems faced to the coalbed methane surace ground development in thecoal mine area,a nev acurate buted calbed methane development mode with a butted point and two side branches was studied and practices a matched ill hyarauli truck mouned driling rig was researched and developed and the completed set drlling equipment system was inegrated.Tthe accurate buted drling techniue was studied and developed,a seres well completion technology was summarized and formed and the first igh production renoteaccurate buted wel n Chinacoal mine area was construced in Jincheng Mining Area.The accurate butted dillig technology and equipment was promoted and appld toseveral coalted methane exploration and development projects. One after another,10 diferent type accurate well uted groups were established,16 horizontal buted wels were constructed a max buted distance was 1 065 m,the max verical ratio was 3.7 and the max dailygasproduction was 32800 n-3( N0.15 seam in Jincheng lMining Area The technology and ecquipment could provide a technical and equipment suppor torealize acoabed methane high eficient development on the surace.
