复杂地质条件下大采高综采技术可行性研究

Reserch on technology feasible of high cutting fully-mechanized coal mining under complicated geological condition

  • 摘要: 针对阳泉矿区在复杂地质构造条件下,应用大采高综采工艺的可行性缺乏科学严谨论证的问题,以阳煤一矿已回采的8310和8303工作面为背景,通过理论分析、数值模拟和现场实测对大采高条件下围岩灾变机理及特征进行了研究,认为阳泉矿区大采高综采受工作面顶板结构、煤层强度、构造和仰采角度等因素影响较大;然后以待采的81303工作面为例,对其工作面开采技术条件进行了分析,认为81303工作面采用大采高开采合理的采高应控制在5.5 m以下;受工作面煤层强度低、厚度大、倾角大、顶板破碎以及地质构造发育等不利因素影响,81303工作面大采高一次采全高的适应性较差。

     

    Abstract: In view of the complicated geological conditions, the feasibility of applying fully-mechanized mining technology with large mining height in Yangquan Mini ng Area is lack of scientific and rigorous demonstration, based on No.8310 and No.8303 coal mining faces in No. 1 Mine of Yangquan as the background, the theoretic al analysis, numerical simulation and site measurement were applied to study the disaster mechanism and features of the surrounding rock under the condition of the hi gh cutting. The paper held that the high cutting fully-mechanized coal mining face was highly affected by the roof structure, seam strength, structure and overhead mini ng angle as well as other factors.Then with No. 81303 standby coal mining face as a case, an analysis was conducted on the mining condition of the coal mining face a nd the paper held that a rational mining height of the high cutting mining in No.81303 should be controlled below 5.5 m. Due to a low seam strength, high thickness, hig h inclination, broken roof, geological structure development and other unfavorable factors, the suitability to one pass full seam mining of No.81303 coal mining face wO uld be poor.
